Khan's latest set is based upon the juxtaposition of original heavy hardcore synth-based experimental shaabi work-outs with delicately wrought tonal compositions. All live instruments were generated in a series of late-night recording sessions with shaabi musicians and arrangers, in a music studio way past its prime but with an excellent sound engineer on the mixing board.
